New member asking if any G3 Bay17 owners are willing to share their experience? Likes? Dislikes"

I had a G3 1860DLX since 2015. It was totaled in a storm in May 2023. Now looking at the Bay 17 with 70hp Yamaha.

I have the 18dlx it’s a great all around boat that you can do just about anything with. My buddy just bought the 17ft and said it was a good upgrade from the flat bottom he owned previously. These boats are built like tanks very dependable, but not the best fit and finish. I had to make some tweaks to a few hinges to keep them from rattling when in rough water.
