    Tile Guys

I have to replace a couple of 12x12's in my kitchen floor that have been down for 6 years or so. Any tips on getting new grout to match old? Thanks

Not really. You have 3 options:

    1. use the original color and wait for it to get dirty like all the other grout.

    2. Buy a color that looks close to the current color.

    3. Have the grout cleaned and see how close it was to the original color.

What I can advise you to do, is when you take the broken tiles out, make sure you cut the grout on all 4 sides of each tile first. Grinder, Dremel, vibrating multi tool, whatever...if you don’t cut the grout, you’ll break the surrounding pieces of tile too.
