Agreed. Remember watching the heavy aircraft airline traffic line up to land at ICT when they closed the airspace. I had worked 2nd shift the night before until 0100 at flight test. My wife woke me up when the first tower got hit. I watched the 2nd one on TV like many folks. Called airport ops to see if I could help with the traffic but couldn't get through. Remember it like yesterday.
