swap box?

Hey guys whatcha think about getting a swap box together for just the illinois boys?
I'd be willing to get one going if there was some interest. Let me know fellas, I know they normally aren't too great going around in the lounge, but i figured keeping it in state would be alright. Let me know! Josh

a swap box is where one person places some fishing items in a box, and ships to a correlated list of people one at a time, following the order on the list. Each person receives the box, takes what they like, and places something of similar value to the box. In the end the box is returned to the original sender and gets whatever ends up in the box

I'll give it a shot. The only bad thing is I have been giving my "Extra" stuff to my students in our HS bass club.

Just a little FYI, this is not a way to get rid of baits that aren't in good shape, or are just plain hideous. I put what I catch fish on, you take out what you like, and place what you catch fish on. Whether it be LC Baits or Zoom brush hogs, But I want this to go really bad so a few more fellas, and I will put the list together

I wire tie my own jigs, would those be permissible? I typically use pretty high quality hooks so that shouldn't be an issue.

you can put whatever you want in there, lure wise, as long as they are new or like new condition, and in the packaging is even better

Josh, I didn't mean my junk. I meant the spinnerbaits I never use because I'm not a spinner bait fan, the senkos I don't use, but have a ton in the package never opened. The stuff other guys use, but I don't. I don't have a problem giving you what I use, I order jigs, trailers, and worms by the 100 and crankbaits 20-25 at a time .

Jon, if you are a jig fan try the Gary Yamamoto fat ika, its an amazing bait when rigged backwards.

I just started fishing bass in illinois, so would love to see stuff you guys use.
