    19PHX

I just took delivery of a new 19PHX with the 225 4 stroke Merc. I probably have around 4 hrs of run time so far. The boat is a monster, but a handful. My question is does anyone have any input on where these 4 strokes like to ride the best for top end? The fastest I've seen so far is 73.6 on a short 5 min run with 1 full livewell and 1/2 tank of gas. It was bumped down 3-4 bumps from full trim. It's a completely different ride than my 819 w/ 200 2 stroke Merc.

My 919 with 2 8’ PP Blades gets best top end at 2.75” PTP with a 24 Fury. Handling is also better at this height. I do have to feather the throttle just a bit as it breaks over but not bad. Not the exact same boat but it’ll give you something to play with.

Thank you. I haven't measured what the PTP is yet. I've just been running off of what the factory mounted it at. I don't have poles/talons, but am also running a 24 fury 3 blade.
