Pair of 2015 10' blades, one is blinking green the other is blinking red and green showing red. Both work fine but the red an green blink is a tad bit slower coming up. What's going on?

Could possibly be a voltage issue or a cap/board thats failing.
Sounds like a bad board! Call PowerPole have them run a diagnostic thru the app, if it is a board a new one will be to you in 2 days and you will be back up and running. simple replacement anyone can do in 10 min.
PM sent with proper diagnostics.
Just provided more detail to him.
Generally a pump which throws a orange or red light is due to under or over voltage.
It is recommended prior to contacting Power Pole.
1) Check both positive and negative connections to the pump at the battery.
2) Check the inline fuse holder for any signs of corrosion.
3) Remove the top of the cap from the pump and check voltage at the board.
4) Check voltage at the board while operating the pump watching for an voltage drop. Typically when the pump is operated you will find a very slight drop in voltage. Anything less then 10.2 will trigger a red light.
Side note: Voltage drop 10.3v-11.2v will trigger and orange light.
Any questions please don't hesitate to contact me .

Low voltage at the battery, was green for a while till the battery dumped haha. Thanks. I know how everything is wired in a non standard way that would allow one of my two pumps to be low voltage and the other fine

Glad it worked out would never expect low voltage on one and not the other if wired correctly.. why didnt suggest it... in any event glad rich was right and you tracked down the issue. Happy to admit I was wrong on this one.
Wouldn't say you were wrong but saved me and the pp tech some time since I could round up supplies
