8' Blade - One retratcs slow or delayed

    Hi All -

I have two 8' Blades. When the blades are fully deployed. The right one always seems to be delayed or is very slow to come up. It was stuck one time and luckily I had a friend with me who as able to get to it from his boat.

Thought there might have been air in the line. I have gone up and down at east 30 times to get rid of the air. Still the same. Any ideas?

screens on the pump clogged? Whens the last time you did a fluid replacement. If all looks good may have to send that pump into power pole to have it flowed.

Could be as simple as a kink in the hose or line. See our first post and get back to Rich or I, either should be able to help.

Hi All - thanks for the information. The blades are new - installed in Feb 2019. The one has always done this when fully deployed.

I've had this same issue with mine, except right is slow, delayed coming up or I have to move the boat forward to get it to come up. New poles and has happened since installed in Feb.

It may be an issue with the valves inside the pump itself. The best way for Powerpole to see that would be to download the C-Monster app and run a "Motor Amperage diagnostic test". That will run both poles in slow, medium and fast speed and then you can send them the results. that is where i would start for such an issue after the obvious like a kinked line.

I had this problem and found that there was a VERY slight bend in one of the hoses. I (relaxed ) the wound up extra hose and have not had a problem 1 time since.
