Sonar Very Slow after waypoint

After setting a new waypoint my 2D sonar because very very slow... if I switch sonar sources or from 200 to 83hz it will generally go back to normal but not always, may take several cycles.

HDS 12, 9, and 9 Gen3 on software 7.0-59.1.86 and Carbon 12 software 4.0...something.... all networked.

Units worked great all summer. Yes I do hard restarts after software changes.

Have tried reducing ping speed with no improvement.

Tired 3 different transducers and combination of marking with other units off.

Also I am around 3,900 waypoints, is that a problem? Ideas?

IMO, yes that is your problem (WPTS) you probably need to do some wpt mgt. Also how many trails do you have saved?

I removed over 1,000 waypoints and additional trails with no improvement. Any additional suggestions?

I'll remove all WRT, hard restart, and bring WRT back in next. Thanks.
