The ulterra 36 volt if you get low voltage like a battery goes bad it won't stow so you have to do the emergency stow by using a screw driver to unlock it from power drive it a pain .
I was wondering if I had a power convertor to go from DC to AC voltage the dc convertor would get power from the cranking battery convert to AC voltage the charger pulls 4 ac amps . Then I would plug my onboard battery charger into the converter this would supply 10 amps to each battery this should give trolling motor enought voltage to stow motor then I would put boat on trailer and go buy 3 new batteries . I think this would work . I amd 68 years old I just dont want to have to do emergecey stow laying on my belly on the water .
