Go to some bigger local, regional and national events. Lots of anglers out kicked their coverage.

I worked for a guy a few years back that supposedly started the PBA (if he wasn’t lying to me) and his wife was a famous barrel racer. So if that sounds right, then maybe he wasn’t lying??? They were the most unfriendly customers that I’ve had in 23 years, his wife was real bad. They seemed to have plenty of money though, no slide out campers for them.

Which is why I found it odd Boyd didnt try to get him. He has a big following and brings a whole country market with him. Well, besides the obvious reason. The guy has what it takes to keep money flowing, he just needs some better finishes in events

Met him in Florida. He and his wife live in a camper most or all of the year. Very friendly to talk to. Was definitely living the dream, something most of us will never do.

Happy for Carl. I thought he handled himself very well. He kept his head down and finished out the day. Some of you guys just aren’t happy until you bring everyone one you can down in to the mental sewer. Congrats Carl.
There’s no use being stupid if you’re not willing to show it off.

I enjoyed reading this thread for the first time POST Elite Series win. Hopefully he can stay in the game a while now. I know winning $100,000 doesn't set him up for life or anything but I bet it sure helps a bunch with expenses and possible debt discussed on this thread. Congrats Carl!!!!!

I was wondering the same thing. Never heard of any anglers having run-ins with Klein, always seemed like the ultimate professional to me.
