    G Loomis Conquest 905C question

    I am considering buying this rod as I only use G-Loomis for heavy deep diving Cranks and Umbrella rigs.

    Does anyone have experience with this rod for this use?
    Can anyone comment on how it performs?
    If I were to throw lighter 1/2 oz. spinnerbaits and worms would this rod be too much for that use?

    Thanks for any help that can be provided.
    I want a rod that can handle heavier large cranks mostly.

    I use mine for umbrella rigs currently. To me it is not something I'd use for large crankbaits. Also, I would not hesitate to throw larger 3/4 to 1 ounce blades on the it. 1/2 to me and this rod would be overkill.
