Walmart to stop selling handgun ammo.
Walmart will stop selling all handgun ammo and only carry shotgun and deer hunting ammo. All hand gun ammo in stock will be sold and not reordered. They also ask customers to no longer open carry in their store but will allow conceal carry with permit.

Also the Walmart here had some of its Remington long guns on clearance over the weekend. My brother bought a .243 out the door for $68 bucks. Of course everything sold out quick and I when to the one in the next town when he called me but they still had their guns at normal price. I asked the saleman and he said he didn't know of any sales. Might be something to look at next time you guys go in there. Might just have been something local.

Fine by me. I never buy my stuff from them anyway I just buy reloading equipment from my local shop

The folks at one of our local gun shops seemed pretty happy with Wally Worlds new policy the other day when the wife was buying a new carry gun. I do hope it benefits them.
