    Trim button problem

I have a 2010 Skeeter FX21. The trim up button in the bow panel does not work (down button works). The indicator light on the button flashes red. The trim controls on the steering column, shifter, and motor, all work. I would appreciate any assistance to repair. Thanks

You clearly still have power to the switch so here is a simple test

The switch should have 3 leads connected on the back

    1 power, 1 up and 1 down
Power should be red with blue and green for up/down

Swap the 2 leads for up and down

If you still have down only then the wire for the up most likely has a bad connection at the dash or has been cut somewhere

If you now have up only the switch is bad

NOTE: the switch will work backwards your observing the motor to see if it goes up or down
