Tip Top and Ring size

Newbie here and looking to reguide 1st rod.

For tip top: Where do you measure for tube size? At thickness point tip top tube will cover?

For stripper and running guides: are ring sizes listed as inside diameter? I.E. If I get a #10 Stripper then the ID will be 10mm, correct?

Assuming you have the tip top off the blank you'll want to measure about 1/2" back from the tip of the blank to get your tube size. And guide ring sizes are listed by the outside diameter of the ceramic ring, or the inside diameter of the guide's frame.

So I guess that recoil guides measured by the ID of the bare ring?
