Recommendations needed 6” manual Jack Plate

Need to replace an old 6” JackPlate. What do you recommend? Considering Rapid Jack or Vance.

I run a magnum rapid jack and love it.

I bought mine used and hydro dynamics was pleasant to deal with as well and was quick on replies.

Rapid jack if you will be adjusting it often.

Vance if you tend to set it and forget it.

I have had both and liked each one as described above. Vance cost less.

I would opt. for Hyd. but any set back adjustable plate is better than none. What are you putting it on? and what is your expectation?

Thanks for the feedback. Sounds like either will work. I don’t plan to adjust it much once I get it set up so might be worth saving a few dollars going with the Vance. It’s replacing and old 6” plate that is showing some wear on my Stratos.

There's the rapid jack then there's everything else of less degrees. Not a thing I'd skimp on.
