Mustad Fastach with snaps ?

Just thought of replacing some of my chatterbaits with Mustad Fastach Clip 2 with snaps ?

Right now, Im using 50lbs braid with 6 feet FC Leader on Dobyns DC 736CB Glass.

Sometimes the knot would just get caught/stuck at the tip during the cast. I know it's the knot. I am thinking of going straight braid to avoid it and use snap after I replace the blade with the Mustad fastach. Has anyone tried that and what was your experience ?

I throw my bladed jigs on 40lb Sufix 832 at least 90% of the time and it’s one of my 3 most productive lures so I throw it a lot! I haven’t noticed any drop off in hits when using braid I just have to wait that extra millisecond before setting the hook because reacting at the first sign of a hit would leave me pulling the lure from the fish many times.
