My heart broke last year when Jalen was under utilized in the championship. After working so hard in the SEC championship game and making things happen to get that win. Extremely proud to have someone that wants to excel come to OU!

Yeah Oklahoma's defense has looked pretty good tonight. Should only get better as season goes on and the players get more comfortable with it.

OUs D still has lots of problems. They aren't very good against the run

Oklahoma should see the playoffs for sure. Looks like 3 teams on entire schedule with a winning record. Most are ....not good.

Just an honest observation. I saw them post the schedule at the 2 minute left Mark. I looked up those teams....Wow ! Hurt will run away with the Herman if they go by statistics.

That's Great one doesn't have to be a Bama or OU Fan to recognize how much Class Jalen has in handling the difficult situation in Alabama.

Jalen has fantastic athletic skills plus the ability to see the big picture down the road as he truly wants a shot at the NFL so staying another year and working with Bama's coaching staff has helped him immensely in improving his overall game.

I'm glad he got to showcase his skills on a big stage and has the opportunity to keep working on them at Oklahoma hope he has an opportunity in the NFL someday.

Houston ranked 119 in total defense last year. Really proud for Jalen and his family. He represents himself, his family, and Bama well. Will be interesting to see how it all goes moving forward.

Based on Holgorsen’s defensive coaching prowess at WVU, they should easily get up to 113.
