I've done a few in the past with a hammer and flat bar, but had to take a couple out with no swinging room. An air chisel with a new, blunt bit popped them right off and shaved the epoxy off without damaging the hull interior.

Been too afraid of using my air tools.
usually if i can get a puddy knife under an edge they will pop right off...
How about one of those vibrating tools about the size of a hair trimmer that you can use and cut a straight line on a baseboard, should work well on the epoxy in the bilge and no room to swing a hammer.
I took one out by running an old broom handle (or something smaller) through the drain and tapped with a hammer (start out light and step it up striking as high as you can on the transducer). if the transducer is not right behind the drain you can do the same thing at an angle. Surprised at how easy it came out!
I have always used a 1by2 and hammer with no issues
