Bacon wrapped dove breasts...awsome! Will be doin some up next Monday
Shake Cavendar's seasoning on them, wrap in bacon and place on hot grill. That's all they need to be delicious.
Try marinating in Italian dressing for several hours, pepper of your choice and tolerance, wrap in bacon, a little Lowr'ys seasoning and grill. Excellent!
Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. marinade overnight and grill.

This is the recipe from a place in Mexico that I used to hunt at.
Worcestershire/brown sugar marinate for a few hours (can’t wait long enough for over night )
wrap 1/2 breast around a piece of fresh jalapeño (de seeded) and a small chunk of white Mexican (queso) cheese
wrap that in bacon, hold with toothpick
grill med high till bacon is done
