The new long sleeve shirts are nice. A little warm for 80 degrees plus tho, I think they are a heavier material than the past ones. The new sweatshirts are extremely nice and they appear to have finally put out a good hat with the Richardson.

It isn't available because all the workers gobble it up lol.ive never seen a company who's employees would rather wear this company's clothes than anything else. Very loyal group and the clothes rock. I was gifted a few tumblers recently and they even rock. I will pass along that more clothing is wanted....and I agree! The store could be bigger and should be...its an awesome brand
They need to do embroidered sweatshirts. Higher quality stuff. And a lot more T-shirts that just say Phoenix across the front similar to the youth ones but in adult sizes. Also they need to bring back visors on this site. I bought a couple on the old one. Love them! They need to look at some of the items ranger sells and offer similar Phoenix options.

Ordered a 24" Phoenix window decal for my truck on the 29th, still hasn't arrived after it shipped usps first class mail 12 days ago. Will never make the mistake of buying anything that ships usps. No wonder ups fedex are killing them.

Sent an email to Phoenix a few moments ago and asked about the shipment. Unknown to them, usps has lost the package. Dibri Dalton in customer support said he will be sending another out to me this morning. Usps last info was from when it arrived at their facility, nothing after that. Thanks to Phoenix customer support for replacing and sending out another item asap!
