    Speed?

Difference in 921xp and 921phx ? The elite should be same as the 921xp I’d think since same hull ?

PHX slightly slower since heavier boat. Trading speed for better ride.

The Elite is the same hull as the Pro XP. The PHX 921 will drive through 4 footers at 68-70 with a Yamaha. The XP and Elite is 3-5 MPH faster depending on motor. I can run 2-1/2 to 3 foot chop easily in the Pro XP and have to slow down in anything above that.

My PHX will not drive through 4 footers at 68-70, maybe I need some more seat time! Most days my PHX will top out a 72-73 MPH in ideal conditions. It does have a great rough water ride.

My 21PHX did not go 68-70 over 4 footers on Lake if the Ozarks. Not even close. Maybe the poster was referring to “rolling” 4 footers encountered on the Great Lakes and other large bodies of water. Bass boats (any brand) will definitely not safely sustain ~70mph over 4 footers caused by cruisers on our reservoirs. That’s misleading and dangerous.
