    Anything?

Anybody been out and doing any good? Now that the kids are back in school, the weekday fishing should be a bit more quiet.

Just smoked’em last Thursday. Crazy chatterbait bite right before sun up. Switched up to a jig after that. Ended up with 45. Fall is in the air. After Labor Day the bass will start schooling up and 100 fish days are possible. 36CD1DB3-E778-489F-9101-692AD755F525.jpeg

We caught 3 full limits but size was a bit off and no lings on the entire boat. It was a weird day I like fishing jigs and swimbaits but had to go to a bait rig to fill the bag. Oh well it was fun and the weather was great.

First time out last Friday in about 2 months. Caught quite a few fish. No bigguns but some nice fish. Water is still 82-85. Typical summer temps. Caught em on dropshot, jig and Carolina rig. Fun day. Temple bar area of Lake Mead. US open is coming up in Oct and this lake will get fished hard the next month or so.
