Not great for size but that time of year is wicked and you can’t beat the scenery. It’s only 1.5hrs away so it’s either head to Oneida or drive another half hour and get away from the boat traffic

When does the fall fishing really start to turn on? I’ve honestly only fished it in the dead of summer and I’m interested in making a trip out there.

It's similar for me to conesus. There's smallies too. Can be hit or miss, but we've got several 5s, and a 6 out of there. Conesus and Silver are both an hour from me so we go to one of those the most.
