First thing is to determine to what model of 150 HP two stroke the lower unit is to be used on. They are not all the same. One type has contra-rotating propeller shafts. I don't think that you want that one. Gear ratios in others may differ.

Search Ebay and Google for a used lower unit. It will be a crap shoot however as to the condition.
