    Canning

    Deer that is, so i would like to try and do it this very and i am having a hard time getting my head wrapped around what to do, any guidance would be helpful.

    Think i have it figured out, just not sure if i can un thaw froze meat and can, if anyone has ideas on broth let me know would like to keep it simple

    You can thaw it out and use it. Use a beef bouillon cube and fill about one third to half jar with water. Works for us.
