Call Bass Cat, They have a great image file with all kinds and size.

I've done it so many times and they always send me what I wanted. You'll likely have a sign a form and send it back.

Use of the logos depends greatly on the intended use. Also some staff is not aware of the availability, thus it depends on the person you asked. Unfortunately the staff does not have knowledge of all aspects of the business.
