Guys - I have the bird mega si. I am seeing my depth is waaay off at times. At other times it’s perfect. Also, sometimes the temp is way off. Other times, it’s right. I know that my connection ports that plug into the back of the unit got extremely wet. Could this cause this behavior? I assume you have to buy an entire transducer to replace that part ?

Depth readouts is typically a software glitch recently--still ongoing for a resolution.

If you are seeing different "temps" when changing between sonar views a chart views, that is not what is happening. Temp (f) is displayed when no chart views are displayed. When you choose a chart view either single or combo view, the temp is replaced by Course (t) meaning True
