2003 200HP EFI Cylinders not firing

My 2003 EFI 200 HP has started running real rough at idle. Took it in and they stated cylinders 4 & 6 not firing, but they seem to come alive on higher idle.
Initial thought was fuel injectors, or reeds.
Anyone have this issue? Or ideas of what may be.

If you could read the announcements at the top of forum, serial number is required for optimal help.

You said you you took it in, could they not tell you what was causing the no fire?
first thing is to check for spark on those/all cylinders.

The mechanic suspected fuel injectors and wanted to change all 6.
Due to price of themI was hoping to see what others thought.
They swapped coils around and stated that it didn't make a difference in the rough idling, leading them to believe this was a fuel problem.

All 6 have spark. Pulled caps one at a time and it seemed only cylinder 2 didn’t make it run any rougher.

    100% Agree!

I would be checking ALL of the basics- and inspecting the REEDS (not replacing all six injectors, which is a generally expensive and lazy approach).
