Ultrex Performance Question

Is there any performance difference between hard wiring the Ultrex or having a plug in application?

Shouldn't be. Hard wiring just eliminates one less connection, which means one less chance of failure at the plug (rare though). If you do decide to hard wire, make sure you have some type of battery shut off so you can disconnect while charging.

I know you boys don’t have salt or brackish water but down here,tm plug failures is not rare at all.
