    Mercury 150 4 stroke Trim Question

    Still doing break in on motor. I noticed the other day that when I was running at full throttle that the motor would only trim up to nearly the first mark on the trim gauge. (Just the normal Vexus trim gauge). I'm guessing there is some type of limit switch. I came from an older Ranger with a Mercury that would trim completely out of the water.

    Yeah mine is the same way not even up to 1rst mark about a 1/3 trim I hate that I know I could get more speed if it would trim Little bit higher damn limit switch got to be sum way around it

    Agree with James 10. Compared with my 2 strokes, the 150 4 stroke trim is almost nothing. I asked the dealer and he said it’s normal.
