Your motor did not have a propeller installed when it left Japan. Or when it left Yamaha USA for the boat builder or the dealer.

Would be best if the model of the propeller was known.

What type of Vmax motor do you have? What HP? Carburetted? OX66? HPDI?

Motor sticker plate states VX250TLRB -69L Yamaha 250 VMAX OX66 manufactured 12/02 with 25M stamped on outer shell. On the inside it is stamped 14 1/2 25M. It is a 3 bladed prop. Thought it was a YAMAHA PROP but can not find any other info on it. It is on a 2003 521vx NASCAR LIMITED EDITION RANGER.

That is a Yamaha Pro Series... The wrong prop for your rig. You would be much better off with a 25T1 VX-Max prop.

Appreciate the info. What changes can i expect with the 25T1 VX-MAX prop? I handles pretty good on turns with this 25m prop and speed wise, which she is hardly ever wide open, will do 67-69 fully loaded with gas, tackle and 2 anglers.

That big block Yamaha needs a bigger diameter propeller. Also built tougher for the higher torque and horsepower. It should provide much better lift even at slower speeds. Should be faster a hole shot, better acceleration, and more speed. Also should carry a load much better.
