I’m running a jet pump and the water line that goes from block to fluke cooler keeps getting clogged. Any ideas how I can bypass the fuel cooler or any ideas to keep the motor pushing sand out?

You can put a strainer in the line... but the best answer is to stay out of the sand. Just think what's being deposited in the crevices and valleys of the Engine Block, Cylinder Head and Exhaust Plate.

Is there a way to add a strainer before water pump? How do you add one to the line? With the jet foot it is hard not to suck up sand.

No- there is no option for sifting water before it goes through the Jet Pump.
