Has a anybody else used this company and if so did they drag their feet?

I placed an order with them a few weeks ago on a Tuesday at 2 pm using a credit card. At 2:10 pm I got an email said it was ready to ship.
At 2:25 I got an email saying it shipped. Mail lady delivered at noon on Thursday. Shipped from Missouri to Ohio. I was very happy.

Agree 100%. Jones Trolling motor shop (a sponsor) is awesome. I have firsthand experience with them. There may be other BBC sponsors
which are good too but Jones was fantastic.

Did you try to call us. If you did and you didn't get the return call, my apologies. What part are you looking for.

Do not do business with this company! My part did arrive quickly, but they sent the wrong item. I followed their return policy to the tee, but got no response. I emailed them three times, but still no response. It’s now been 6 weeks, still no response. Terrible customer service.

I just made an order last week on trollingmotorparts.com and was also had some questions as I didn’t see any reviews or “in stock” information. But I needed some replacement parts for my 2004 Minn Kota and they were the only site that carried the parts. I made the order and it was quickly emailed to me and again when the parts shipped. Only took 4 days for the parts to reach me. Very satisfied. Just wanted to leave a review here and let other people know it is indeed a quality site to order parts from! -Matt

If you look 6 post up I did try Mr. Jones and had no response so I used plan B which was trollingmotorparts.com. I have since talked to Mr. Jones and will use him whenever possible.

I've been waiting 2 weeks from when they said it was shipped. I'm still waiting. I'm about ready to contact PayPal. It's only a remote control housing for Motorguide Xi5
