Bottom line: Its a BUYERS market! The new Merc 4 stroke has put the buyer in the drivers seat, along with a good economy and the flooding of boats into the used market.
I have sold all my past BCB's (3ea) in less than a month. One within 3 days. That was before the economy growth and the new V8 Merc.
With that said, if the price of your used rig isn't a steal, your keeping your boat.
To the OP: The PIV is a dang good boat, but its not in production anymore. This impacts market value of your boat in many ways. You have to find that buyer that specifically wants a PIV. The new Classic with its wide deck is having an impact on the PII and PIV market.
I am sure if I were to sell my PII right now, the buyer would walk away with a big smile. Me, not so much.
