Learn to trim it at different speeds and problem will be solved
I have a ZX 250 and it jumped like a bucking bull until I put a foil on it. There is a guy in La. Chris Baily that makes them custom to your motor. it stopped all the porpoise action on my boat.
2000 zx195c - mine did it until I added a inexpensive hole shot plate from bass pro se sport model- still have to be trimmed way down much of the time but zero porpoising now.

Trim switch is your friend, never had an issue with my Skeeter as long as i trimmed down coming off pad.

Skeeters are known to have Porpoising at lower speeds (-35mph). I just recently learned how to work with it. You just need more seat time and also A Hydro foil would definitely help out. I'm going to purchase a CB marine Foil next spring.

Personally I'd go with a 4 blade prop. You don't lose that much top speed and IMO the control and mid range acceleration you get in exchange is well worth a couple mph.
