Removing rear compartment lid on 921 Pro xp?

Need to replace my starter battery tray, to install a larger battery, as well a find a leaking fitting at my livewells. Also needing to find out why one recirculating pump won’t run, not a tripped breaker, and the other runs but doesn’t pump. I’m going to have to remove the battery as well as two Power Pole pumps at the minimum. Is it worthwhile to remove the rear hatch lid to do this? Appears to just be removing the two struts, no big deal, and removing a number of screws.

    Opinions?

I have done that in the past to work on things in the rear compartment. You are correct, it’s not a big deal, just remove the struts and a handful of screws and go to work.
