Is Maine a No Lead state?

I'm headed to Maine to fish BASS for the first time. Is there a NO LEAD rule? I guess it would depend on lure or size maybe. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks Mark

The way i read this is the ban is for add on weights (slip sinkers, bell sinkers) It states lures and jig heads are exempt but you can't use unpainted lures.

Can you use a "painted" jighead like on a Green Pump NED rig head or a WHITE swimbait head if it's still lead? Could I paint some tube heads for inserting into a tube?

You can use jigs (includng tube jigheads) but they must be painted.
