    Have 3 alx rods, very happy with them.

    I have 2 7'3" promise rods, and a 7'3" hammer in the ikos line. I can't compare to the zolo, but I like the promise rods as much as my st croix avid-x rods in the same action. One of the promise rods and the hammer rod get used for pitching jigs and plastics. Use the other promise as a swimjig/chatterbait rod.
