Here’s an early version of a Bandit at least it’s close. Not sure who made it but it was sold by Battle Creek Bait Co. of Ozark, MO in the 70s and 80s.

There were a bunch of guys that sold baits that looked like bandits in the 70's There were two in Central NY alone. I don't know where they bought the baits from but they marketed them under their own names like a private label. Some crazy Color schemes too! One was called Butss or Butz baits and the other escapes me, too many years gone by.
