    1997 Stratos Trailer Bearings

Anyone know what size bearings to get for a 1997 Stratos boat trailer. The boat is a 282 and it is a single axle trailer no brakes or anything. Got home the other morning and it was smoking pretty good. I haven't/won't have time to deal with it til the weekend and would like to have the parts ready. Thanks.

Just did my 96 stratos trailer on Sunday. I would suggest pulling them and taking them to an auto parts store just to make sure, they can vary.

On my trailer I went to the manufacturer website and put in my serial number and it told me. Other than that the only way is to pull them and look...

As frickerdude said, pull them off - and the seal, clean them up (gas works good). Take to local auto parts store, they'll verify the size.

I had that exact same boat. The inner cone and cup part #s are L68149 & 68110. The outer (1" dia) isL44649 and L44610 cup. The seal number is CR16657. My trailer was an Ez-Loader.

    good luck!

Got it fixed. It was 1 3/8 x 1 1/16. Bought a whole new hub off of tractor supply. Probably will just go on and get another for the other side also.
