    Which 300?

There is much speculation that the major tournament trails are going to up the horse power limit to 300 next year. If they do, which 300 would you run on a Cougar? The 300 Pro XS, 300R with a sports master or 300R with a torque master? I don’t think their are any other viable 300s are the market.

No decisions have been made yet. That is entirely speculation and wishing as of this time.

I’m just posing the question for the sake of discussion. Which would you choose? I imagine Yamaha and Evinrude would jump in really quick. From what I know about the SHO, it would just be a matter of a little computer tuning.

We would go Pro XS as that is a full warranty engine and the V8 is an awesome product.

My 300 G2 has a 10 year warranty, direct through BRP with no 3rd party provider. Other than a key switch early on, I've done nothing but dump fuel and oil in it. 110 hours. Extremely pleased with it. Certainly worth consideration.

For some reason, they vary the warranty depending on what time of the year it is. So yes, right now it may very well be 5 years. Usually late winter/early spring is when they run the 10 year offer. When I bought mine in the spring of 18' it was in effect and it was that way this spring as well. Why they do that I have no idea?
