2003 Merc. 200L EFI slow out of the hole

    2003 Merc 200L EFI , Ser # OT761171 125 psi on all 6 cyl., 2-3 psi wp @ idle, 8-10psi @ 5200. 1998 R93 Ranger Prop.: Tempest 48-825872 24P 14.5 "

Just blew a 20 amp fuse under the hood on starboard side of engine. Replaced that: engine starts good hot or cold , idles a bit rough but idles, slow out of the hole compared to what it used to be. Top end does seem to be affected( 5200rpm ). Any ideas?

Especially the spark test. Something caused the blown fuse.

Thanks for the tips. I found cracked/leaking ignition coil (P/N: 8M0077471). Replaced it, and that took care of the problem. Good out of the hole and 5800 rpm top end. Thanks again

See Service Manual (or SB 2007-025 if you can find a copy). Can't publish those here as they are copyrighted.
