Factor used motor availability in, before you jump on that 361. I had been planning on repowering my Winner after I sheared the crank in the Johnson 150. I couldn't find a used 150 or 175 in my area that wasn't coming off a saltwater boat. I didn't want to deal with the corrosion issues (and also having to stick with Evinrude/Johnson, so I could use the midsection off my dead one).
