Vin # would have been located on port side of tongue , Decal (not stamped)

they didn't put the tags with the Vin on all the trailers for some reason they forgot , my 2003 I noticed I didn't have one and called he mailed mine along with a bud of mines who didn't have one either . This was around 2005 or 6.
