    Trailer manufacturing date ect

    Good evening a friend of mine is lurching a bullet from Tennessee and importing it to Canada . Where would he find the tag with the manufacturering date and VIN number . I guess the guy selling it looking everywhere and can't find it. Boat is a 99 21XD. Any help or photos would be greatly appreciated.
