Does the gas tank in a 2000 Intimidator run under the seats? I ask because the 2 bolts that hold the center seat need to be replaced and I don't want to run a screw through the fiberglass into the tank. Been too long since I've seen this area of the boat.

Its been a while since i have taken my center seat out but I think it does come under the center seat somewhat.

At the center seat, the tank would have to be back quite a ways since the bilge area and pumps are right under it. Where I'm concerned is either side..right where the screws that attach the center seat bottom attach to the boat. Both L brackets that are attached to the seat bottom line up on either side of the bilge area.Originally Posted by 302w
