    Exclamation Flat top grills/griddles question

I've got a charcoal grill and a Traeger grill but i'm starting to look at adding a flat top grill to the line up. Who has them and what do you think of them? Also is a 2 burner 28 inch big enough or do i wanna spend the money and get the 36 inch? Just looking for reviews and advice.
    thanks in advance,
    travis

I have a 36" Blackstone and love it. I do breakfast, hibachi, philly's, and all kinds of other stuff on it. Size depends on people. If 4+ I would get the 36". If it's just 2-3 the smaller would probably be OK.

I have two 36. One at home and one at lake. I usually cook on one side and park finished food on the other. They are a tailgaters dream. The black stone is extremely portable. Good luck. JD

I've never heard anyone say that the 36" is too big. I have a 36" blackstone and love it. I can cook for 2 or 10.

I have the Camp Chef Flattop grill. It is slightly smaller than the 36" Blackstone but plenty large enough for a family of four. I grilled fish and scallops along with mixed vegetables tonight.

I have the 36in one. Even just cooking for my wife and I, I will use the whole thing. Bacon cooking on half of it, pancakes or potatoes on the other half etc. It's nice not having the bacon splatter all over the stove.

I bought the 28 inch 2 burner blackstone griddle. We go camping with another couple and use the griddle for breakfast. Works great for the 4 of us and it's not too big to put in the front storage of our 5th wheel camper.

I have the 36" camp chef. I purchased it because down the road I wanted to build it into an outdoor kitchen so I wanted one with a grease catcher in a more accessible location. As with what everyone else has mentioned its a very valuable tool. Between the griddle and the rec tec, the only thing I use my stove in the house for is boiling water.

i went and looked at the 28 and the 36 side by side last night and i think it's a no brainer to just save a little more money up and get the 36 incher!

I got the Blue Rhino Razor 36" Flat Top Grill from Lowe's about a month ago(on sale). It's really nice, the side shelf's fold up/down to cover the grill and the legs fold up pretty easy for portability. Also got the Blue Rhino cover for it.

Sams has a 4 burner for $229 that looks intriguing but haven't heard much about it.

They make a flat top that will work on your Traeger. I'm getting one of these for my pellet grill because I already have my pellet grill, a big Weber gasser and don't have room for another big grill/griddle.
