I just started my search and WOW some of the new options out there are Crazy Good!

First .... you have to define light weight. If I were going to buy a light weight camper, I would seriously consider the Alaskan ... amazing build quality and when they go up, the unit is still hard sided.
There are some places I have camped where camping with a soft side camper is not allowed because of the bear threat
Right now, I have a HEAVY weight truck camper because that's what us old codgers seem to migrate to.
