I think there is a video on Youtube, Call Phoenix and have them send you a kit with the part and glue and ask them about a video.

I used a wood chisel and screw driver to break out the old one. Installing the new one is easy.

Dont waste your time. I replaced mine 4 times. Last time new one lasted 2 trips. I just run with the bottom broken out and the ear on the pedastel clip cut off. Seat does not come out even in rough water.
