    Throw over boat cover

My boat stays in my shed which has a window unit in it and completely out of the weather, however, my german shepherd stays in the shed when I'm away and he sheds and makes lots of dust. My question is, is there anything you guys are using to just throw over the boat when in storage. I would like to not have to use the fitted travel cover every time I come in from fishing as that thing is a pain to say the least. I was thinking like an extra large bed sheet or something just to throw over quickly to keep the dust off of it, but they don't make those sheets big enough lol. Does anyone have a solution or if they have a certain way of storing to keep the dust off of it, please share. My boat collects way more dust than I like within the matter of 3-4 days. Give me some ideas guys!

I use 2 sheets sewn together to make the cover long enough. Works on my cars too. Easy to put on and take off. Just drap it over, no tieing down or anything.

It's what I use, I leave the fishing seats in fore & aft, with a long 1x1 resting on top if seats, makes tarp tent style, and bungie cord side to trailer frame. shingle roof 50' long side of tractor shed out side wall , but both ends open. so it keeps dust if any comes across grass off boat lolo

Are you using 2 bed sheets? I actually though abut sewing 2 sheets together. California king sheets?

Yes, 2 bed sheets. Don't know what brand, either queen or king size I forget.

    Queen 90 x 102"
    King 108 x 102"

I just bought the cheapest boat cover from bass pro. I got the 24 ' and it covers the motor also on my 819.
    I think it was $150.00.

The cover takes 5 minutes to put on - just don't use the poles, and only take one ratchet off and leave the other one tight when you remove the cover. Just my 2 cents.

Yep, and it takes me 7 mins if I add the poles
